Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes, U.S. territories, or international addresses at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of order placement.

Shipping Methods and Rates

U.S. Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

  • Standard Shipping: free on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase, typically 3-7 business days after dispatch, plus 2-5 business days processing.

Tracking

Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once an order leaves the ship-from location.

Order Cutoff & Changes

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CT) on a business day begin processing the same day; orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day. To change your shipping address or cancel an order, email us at support@camsusedappliances.com within 24 hours of placing the order — once an order has entered processing we may be unable to change it.

Carriers & Lost Packages

We ship with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement or refund.
