Cam's Used Appliances is operated by Arevalo ValleyRetail LLC.

Returns Window

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Start a Return

Email support@camsusedappliances.com with your order number before sending any return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refund Timing

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and the order number for a replacement or refund.

We reply to return requests within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

Non-returnable

Parts that have been installed, show water exposure, or have damaged seals or packaging cannot be returned.

If your return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you will not pay anything: we arrange the replacement or refund at no cost to you, and you will not be asked to cover return postage. For all other returns (for example, an unused item you no longer want), return shipping is paid by the customer and we do not provide prepaid return labels.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, contact support@camsusedappliances.com to arrange a return under the policy above; once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
